Invasive Species in the Atlantic: Lionfish
As I was thumbing through the Fall 2011 Alert Diver Magazine, I stumbled upon a link to a 13 question, multiple choice quiz in the magazine.  I believe it's always important to know these things, if you are a beginner unaware of the surroundings or if you are in need of jogging your memory before your next dive.

Although, you should avoid touching anything underwater, it is responsible and more safe to know what you may encounter in different surroundings.

I was trying to find a more aesthetically pleasing way to post this quiz directly to my blog, but alas here it is:
Hazardous Marine Life Quiz

Can you tell a scorpionfish from a stonefish?  What about a Portuguese-man-of-war from a box jellyfish?  If you think you can, click here to test your knowledge!
